PANELIST INFORMATION

Tim Harmon

Tim Harmon, Principal Analyst, Forrester Research

Tim serves Technology Product Management & Marketing professionals in developing SMB go-to-market and channels via the application of best practices, business plans, metrics, tools, resources, relationships, and competitive intelligence. His research focuses on the impact of cloud computing and digital marketing on demand chain business models. Tim is a leading expert on business applications software (ERP, BI, marketing automation, social project/collaboration management) and networking and hardware technologies.

Prior to joining Forrester, Tim served in executive management and mentoring roles in the vendor, user, industry analyst, and venture capital aspects of the IT industry. He has been a featured speaker at many industry conferences involving business intelligence, data warehousing, performance management, and enterprise applications and has been published in Austin-American Statesman, BI Review, DM Review, and Intelligent Enterprise. Tim is a member of the Corporate Portfolio Management Association.

Tim attended Iowa State University, majoring in computer science and math and business administration.

Mike Morgan

Mike Morgan, CEO

Formerly CSMO and appointed CEO in January 2010, Mike has over 20 years of ICT, office automation and consumer electronics channel sales and marketing management experience and is responsible for RelayWare’s go to global market strategy as well as the sales, marketing and partner management functions and heads our US operation. Prior to joining the board in 2007, Mike formerly held a number of board and advisory positions with early-life and start-up technology companies after holding senior national, regional and global management positions in commercial and channel sales and marketing roles with Sony, Hewlett Packard and Compaq Computer. Mike’s formative career was with Rank Xerox, Pitney Bowes and General Computer Corporation in the early 1990’s and he began his career as a commissioned officer and pilot with the UK Royal Air Force.

Gary Morris

Gary Morris, CEO

Gary Morris is a 27 year marketing and sales veteran and a guru on lead development / one-to-one marketing solutions for B2B & B2C marketers. Gary founded Marketing Advocate in 2002 to provide channel resellers with a turn-key hosted one-to-one marketing system to drive demand and generate sales-ready leads. This solution provides deeper relationships and better quality sales leads that are more likely to close. Gary also co-founded Copernicus – a marketing strategy consulting and research company in 1993 and sold it in 2000. Gary joined the acquiring company, Nextera, and where he served as a partner and practice leader for the sales and marketing lines of business. Prior to this, Gary was the Vice President of Marketing for Colombo Yogurt for 3 years and 7 years as marketing manager at Pepperidge Farm.

 

Gary has founded and edited three leading marketing journals (Best Practices in Marketing, Proven Practices, and the Marketing Advocate eletter that is sent to 30,000 senior marketing and business executives. Gary has individually produced and published over 100 articles, white papers and webcasts on sales and marketing best practices. Gary is a frequent speaker at The Conference Board, American Marketing Association, Institute for Industrial Research, US Chamber of Commerce, the Advertising Research Foundation, The Association of National Advertisers, and a range of other marketing trade organizations. Gary has a BS in Economics from the University of Wisconsin and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Bridgeport.

Since 2003, Tamer has made it his passionate pursuit to revolutionize the way enterprises leverage their social capital to take advantage of untapped opportunities for driving revenue. Prior to RGlobe, Tamer held senior Sales, Channel and Alliance management positions at KPMG, Bearingpoint and Infosys where he was responsible for managing account and strategic relationships with Cisco Systems, Sun Microsystems, Oracle, CA, Microsoft and many other leading high tech companies.

Tamer’s an avid kite-boarder and world traveler who loves people and productivity. He holds a B.S. and M.A. in Industrial Technology from California Polytechnic, San Luis Obispo.
